Kristian Georgiev is a Bulgarian Accountant and Founder of ReduceTax — a specialised tax advisory service helping EU-based founders legally reduce their taxes by setting up companies in Bulgaria.
With nearly a decade of hands-on accounting experience and a background in a family firm working with people who have over 30 years in the industry, Kristian brings deep expertise in tax optimisation, business structuring, and financial strategy.
He currently supports over 60 clients — both local and international — in building smarter, more tax-efficient businesses.
Leveraging Bulgaria’s position as one of the most tax-attractive jurisdictions in the EU, Kristian’s mission is to make company setup, compliance, and ongoing tax planning simple, legal, and transparent for founders across Europe.
At ReduceTax, he supports Digital Founders in building legally compliant business structures in Bulgaria with specialised tax consulting and taking care of the accounting and finance of clients’ companies.
Petromil Petrov is a lawyer with expertise in cross-border company incorporation and corporate governance, shareholder agreement structuring and enforcement, as well as negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial IT contracts (SaaS, SLAs, MSAs, SoWs, etc.). He is a registered attorney at the Sofia Bar Register.
With over 6 years of experience advising international companies across e-commerce, digital services and fintech, he ensures that every business setup is legally sound and future-proof.
Holding a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Sofia University, Petromil has also worked with clients on complex regulatory compliance matters — from data protection compliance (GDPR, CCPA and Saudi PDPL) and ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 27701 standard preparation, to anti-money laundering compliance (AML) and financial service licensing (MSB, VASP, etc.).
At ReduceTax, he supports EU entrepreneurs in building legally compliant business structures in Bulgaria — combining low-tax efficiency with strong legal foundations.
